Where is fairy dust made, you might ask? Well, we discovered a fairy dust factory in our yard, which my daughter was very excited about! As a fairy apprentice, she poured dust down tubes, pushed buttons and filled bottles to assist in production!

Some details from our fairy dust factory:
I combined sand, salt and food coloring to make the fairy dust.

I made a ladder from sticks and twine.

Storage barrels, chutes, control panel and dial were made from tin cans, bottle caps and cardboard tubes.

A conveyor belt was made from twigs and popsicle sticks.

We kept this set up for as long as we could and played with it every day. It was a well-loved activity that we will definitely recreate soon!
